  • You may change your password by logging in and then selecting Manage >Your Username and Password from the navigation menu.
  • To see your current balance and payment history, select Your Information>Financials.
  • To get the mailing address for your payment, see Contact section in lower right corner.
  • To pay your assessment online select Make a Payment >Continue and follow the steps.
  • To update your billing statement mailing address, email address, or phone number, select Your Information and select the Personal or Addresses tab.Then click on the pencil icon to update the information. This information will be stored in the accounting system.
  • To contact HOA Accounting Services for a billing question or request, select Contact, set Manager to Accounting Customer Service, type your message into the comment box and Submit.
  • Available documents for download such as the Direct Debit automatic payment authorization form are located in Community>Documents.

  • How to report a payment was not credited to your account

    If the check has cleared your bank, but it is not listed on your payment history, obtain a front and back copy of your check and send it to service@hoa-accounting.com along with your property address or your HOA account number in the subject line.

    If the check has not cleared your bank and it has been over 10 days since the check was mailed, place a stop payment on your check and reissue the payment. Send an email to service@hoa-accounting.com along with your property address or your HOA account number in the subject line. Let us know about the reissue so that we can notate your account.

    If you paid by your online banking service, call your online banking support and request to receive a front and back copy of the check that they sent. If the bank paid by EFT, ask for the transaction's trace number. Send the information from your bank to service@hoa-accounting.com along with your property address or your HOA account number in the subject line. Provide your bank our contact number (888) 854-9444 option 1. Note: Since we have no authority for your bank account, we can not call your bank to request any information. However, your can call us and we will help them research the issue.

  • How to dispute a charge on your account

    Please send the charge date and charge amount plus a reason you dispute the charge to service@hoa-accounting.com along with your property address or your HOA account number in the subject line. We will acknowledge receipt of your request and forward it to the appropriate party. Then we will let you know about the decision.

  • How to change or cancel your Direct Debit automatic ACH payment service

    If you want to cancel your Direct Debit, send an email to service@hoa-accounting.com along with your property address or your HOA account number in the subject line. If you want to change your banking information on your existing Direct Debit, logon on and select Community > Documents to download a new Direct Debit form. Complete the form and send it to service@hoa-accounting.com or fax it to (888) 857-3999. Note: If you do not use email, please call (888) 854-9444 option 1.


Online Payment

Click below to make an online payment by credit card or bank account debit with PayLease. Please note that PayLease is a third party service, therefore they will charge their own service fees.


Phone Payment

If you want to make a payment over the phone, locate your eight digit ePayment ID on your statement and call PayLease at (866) 729-5327. If your ePayment ID is not available, you can provide them your property address and tell them you are with HOA Accounting Services. Please note that PayLease is a third party service, therefore they will charge their own service fees.
