HOA Accounting Services has been providing bookkeeping services in California since 2003 with remote employees throughout the United States. We are a team of professionals dedicated to providing the best quality service to each of our clients, all at an affordable price! Please note that we are not a CPA Firm and our bookkeeping services do not require a state license.
HOA Accounting Services is a member and strong supporter of the Executive Council of Homeowners (ECHO) and Community Association Institute (CAI). We serve hundreds of Board members and a substantial number of Self Managed Associations, Management firms and independent property managers. HOA Accounting understands the accounting and bookkeeping needs of the association Board of Directors, their Association Managers and their members.

HOA Accounting Service’s owner, Tawny Bartel has been an active member in the Common Interest Development Industry for over 15 years first as a portfolio manager, then an owner of a Management Company and now in her role with HOA Accounting Services. HOA Accounting Services uses a leading commercial real estate accounting & management software package from Vantaca. This powerful application includes built-in interfaces to leading HOA Web services such as our Member Portal and Payables Lockbox so that members can have secure online access to their accounts and Board members can easily review/approve bill payments online.
