We have a specific AR, AP and Controller assigned to our Community, so they are very familiar with our daily operations and are able to make adjustments as needed. They also have a very easy AP process that uses a virtual portal to approve weekly invoices. This really saves a lot of time for the Board members and the General Manager.

We really appreciate the service and prompt customer service that seems standard with HOA Accounting Services. I try to tell your employees how much I appreciate their prompt replies to our service requests. You folks are on top of things. I send an email and your reply is always given. How long have we been together… almost two years. Out of the two years of doing our books, you and your staff have never had an email slip through the cracks. What a relief that is to me. I ask for something and I always get a response without any kind of follow up on my side. It was a common habit with our prior service agent, that if they were asked to do something, it always required us to make a note and wait ample time to obtain a response. Most of the time, we had to follow up on the status of a particular item. Just doesn’t seem to work that way with you folks… at all!
