HOA Accounting Service’s founder, Gary Satterfield has been an active member in the Common Interest Development Industry since August 2003. Gary has served several Homeowner Association Board member terms and is a past Board member of the Community Association Institute, Bay Area and Central California Chapter. HOA Accounting Services uses a leading commercial real estate accounting & management software package from Vantaca. This powerful application includes built-in interfaces to leading HOA Web services such as our Member Portal and Payables Lockbox so that members can have secure online access to their accounts and Board members can easily review/approve bill payments online.
