At HOA Accounting Services, we’re always looking for ways to better serve our community associations—and today, we’re excited to announce the launch of our newest service: HOAAIS – HOA Accounting Insurance Services!

Leading this initiative is Taylor Chism-Salazar, a familiar face to many of you. Taylor has been dedicated to our clients and the HOA industry for nearly a decade and recently earned her license as a California insurance producer. With her deep understanding of the unique needs of community associations and her unwavering commitment to our clients, Taylor will serve as your primary contact for all insurance-related needs moving forward.

Working alongside Taylor is Arthur Hopkins of Click2Bind Insurance Services, a highly respected name in community association insurance and risk management. Arthur brings more than 20 years of specialized experience working with Common Interest Developments. His advanced credentials include Community Insurance and Risk Management Specialist (CIRMS), Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and a CAI Educated Business Partner distinction and has more than two decades of specialized experience working with Common Interest Developments.

Arthur’s role will be central in supporting our growing insurance portfolio through expert guidance, strategic oversight, and proactive policy planning to help protect your community and mitigate risk.

Together, Taylor and Arthur form a strong team dedicated to providing your association with tailored insurance solutions, responsive support, and industry-leading knowledge.
